Supervisor and Vietnam Veteran Richard Valle has represented District Two since 2012. Born and raised in Union City, Richard's dedication to his community is unparalleled. His experiences in the army, as a business owner, and as a public servant cemented his passion for building safe and thriving communities for generations ahead.
